I
am now in-house machining solid brass (and aluminum and steel) breeches. Given
that these are made on site, there is no Daisy buyout supply chain issues.
However, since I offer countless options below, they are typically made to order.
As usual, I am offering features found nowhere
else. Only at Alliance Hobby can you find:
-
Right Hand
(the bolt is on the right side of the gun
(incidentally, typically better for left-handed shooters)
-
Left Hand
(the bolt is on the left side of
the gun (incidentally, typically better for right-handed shooters)
-
Ambidextrous
(handle slots on both sides, you can switch
without disassembling the gun)
-
Lock Backs
(this is a downward slot in the rear position,
great for preventing the bolt from sliding forward when loading a pellet)
-
Talon Claws
(this is the fun castle nut-looking design on the
front of the breech)
-
Super Short, Short, Normal & Long Lengths
(3.75", 4", 5" and 6", respectively. The standard
Crosman Steel Breech is 6".)
-
Normal & Hidden Screws
(The screw location under the bolt. Read more
here.)
-
LPA MIM & Discovery Cuts
(This lateral dovetail is exclusively for the LPA
MIM sight, which as of June 2025, has been out of stock for over six months.
A breech without the LPA MIM dovetails is called the Discovery Breech,
inspired from
a discontinued rifle that, for unknown reasons, never included them. The
Discovery-style breeches are a cleaner, more streamlined look and, desirable
if you're never going to install an LPA MIM.)
-
With or Without Longitudinal Dovetails
(The long dovetails that run from front-to-back,
used to mount scopes, red dots, etc. You almost always want these, unless
you have a specific, custom implementation in mind).

These photos just show the length differences. This is brass and steel.
4", 5" and 6", respectively.
I have old listing pages for the brass breeches
here. I keep them up for posterity. You can
check them out if you like.
