EXCHANGES AND (NO) RETURNS
  • Alliance Hobby does NOT accept returns. This is not Amazon. This is a small, one-man company. If you're not sure you want it, don't buy it. If you're not sure a part is compatible, ask me first.
     
  • Defective replacements are accepted. Exchanges are okay if the buyer accepts the extra shipping costs.
     
  • On defective items, if asked, I will refund your shipping to me up to the same amount it cost me to ship to you. I don't have any special dealer shipping rates. I pay what you pay at the post office. Remember, items less than 16 oz go First Class and not Priority.
     
  • An RMA number is not needed. Just include a note with email, name, address, etc.
