This is a brass 2289 band that came off the mill with too much chatter.
There is also a small tooling mark on the top at about the 1 o'clock position.
Only compatible if you have a longer-than-stock (longer than 10") barrel on your 1377 / 1322. I can put the set screws in, if you want them. Leave a note with the order. The buyer can improve the finish at their leisure with sanding and polishing.
